Reader's Block

Does anyone else half read all of their books?

In my life, I think I have only read about 7 fiction books in their entirety.
Although I own mountains of them and frequently start to read new ones, I never find myself finishing any.

Don't get me wrong, I love reading. That feeling you get when you're lost in a story that only you see the way you do is almost magical but it's as if I hit a sort of "reader's block" a once I read a few chapters. I envy those people who can read for hours on end. It takes a very special book for me to sit on the couch and read it in its' entirety.

One of my goals this year is to work through a reading list - lets see how it goes!

Zoe's Reading List
  • Kill Order - Jack Mcsporran
  • All That She Can See - Carrie Hope Fletcher
  • A Million Little Pieces - James Frey
  • Reasons to Stay Alive - Matt Haig
  • The History of Bees -Maja Lunde
  • Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde - Robert Louis Stevenson
