Happy Valentine's Day all!
The world seems to be full of romance today. I've never really enjoyed Valentine's Day, this is probably because I have never had a (real) Valentine. Although I do enjoy watching others receive cards and exchange gifts. I remember when I was a young child, I used to receive "Secret Admirer" cards which started out with a silly poem and finished off with the classic " From, ???". I now know that this was my parents trying to make me feel special, and it succeeded. The memory of these adorable little cards made me realise something which changed how I see Valentine's Day this year.
